電動鋼索吊車  

捲揚馬達: 採用高扭力馬達，起動轉距大，起動電流低，效率高。

捲揚剎車: 採用AC電磁剎車及高效率來令片，磨損率低，安全性高。

捲筒: 為鋼材焊接成型，結構強荷重力大。 (可另行加裝上下極限開關及導索器，以防止鋼索亂捲)

控制部份: 使用高品質電磁開關及上限極限開關。

齒輪: 齒輪材質為高級強韌合金鋼，經滲碳及高週波熱處理，並使用高級潤滑油脂使齒輪運轉平順噪音低。

吊鉤槽輪: 槽輪採用強韌球狀化石墨鑄鐵，以防槽輪破損及鋼索斷裂。

鋼索: 鋼索為吊車專用鋼索，其安全係數5倍以上。

吊鉤: 材質為中碳鋼鍛製，安全係數5倍以上，鉤頭可360度旋轉並附有安全止擋片以防吊具脫落。

主機為全密閉防塵式，結構裝卸容易保養簡便。

本機所有結構均依CNS國家安全標準設計製造。

Electric Hoist Special Features:

Motor: The motor has specially design for hoist, with big turn while starting, low voltage and with high efficiency.

Brake Device: The brake device fitted with AC electromagnetic and high efficient liner, low abrasion and safety.

Drum: It is good construction from weld steel, having with big loading.

 (Able to add with double-limit switch and rope guide to prevent steel rope knotted. )

Control Box: With electromagnetic switch and double limit switch to proton motor.

Gear: Material from hi-tension alloy steel with carbon and high frequency treatment.

Acapt hi-class grease to smooth gear and without noise.

Crane Sheave: Sheave’s material are made of balled graphite-case iron for durable purpose.

Steel Rope: Special for crane, its safety lever up to 5 times.

Hook: Made of middle carbon steel, safety lever up to 5 times. Top of hook can be rotated 360 degree and attached with safety block to prevent it dropping.

Main Machine is used with complete cover and dust-proof, it is convenient for maintenance and demountable.
